Mark Sinderberry is the CEO of RugbyWA and Western Force. Since the game of Rugby went professional in 1996 Mark has been at the forefront of the administration of the game. He was the inaugural CEO of the ACT Brumbies, then CEO of the English champions Saracens and now more recently the Western Force.
With a background in sport and finance, Mark has been able to successfully merge the business of sport with elite sporting programs. As CEO of a sporting club he understands and is intimately involved with talent identification and development, high performing teams, commercialisation of sporting assets and the wider aspirations of the rugby union within Australia.
Mark's enjoyment of fitness helps keep him mentally healthy, including a love for cycling.
Marco, a Certified Practicing Accountant, is a Director of accounting firm Regency Partners, and with over 11 years experience in the accounting profession, he has been responsible for a broad range of clients across a range of industries.
With a passion for not-for-profits, Marco currently volunteers his time through the provision of pro-bono professional services and as Finance Director of the Meridian Global Foundation and zero2hero. Marco actively promotes new innovative systems that will deliver positive social outcomes to both organisations and the community alike.

With business experience across numerous industries, businesses, and roles, Daniel is a true entrepreneur who over the last nine years has become one of the most experienced and successful project marketers in the country representing many of Australia’s leading developers.
Daniel is currently the Managing Director of The Indo-Pacific Group - a multi-faceted property services company, and manages three businesses – Strategius (Property Development Advisory), Indo-Pacific Property (Project Marketing and Asset Management) and Fang Australia (the Australian representative company of Fang.com, China’s largest on-line real estate portal and one of the largest real estate transaction companies, listed on the NYSE).
As well as being a personal supporter of zero2hero, Daniel is a member of the board, and he holds qualifications in Business, Management and Property, whilst also holding a Real-Estate Agency license in Western Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Daniel’s real passion is his family and he enjoys spending time and travelling with his wife and daughter at any opportunity.
A member of the zero2hero board, Alex brings over 20 years professional experience as a lawyer, corporate adviser and company secretary to the team. Alex has represented public and private companies in various sectors, including in exploration and mining, oil & gas, mining services, financial services, technology and agriculture. He is an experienced senior management executive having previously served on the senior management teams of two ASX listed companies with operations in Australia and offshore.
Alex holds a Bachelor of laws and economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a past director in the corporate finance industry and of Blackswan Equities Limited and Carbon Energy Pty Ltd.
I like to exercise by swimming laps in the local pool, weekend sailing with a crew 8 in the Swan River, and most importantly spending time with my family playing sport, watching movies and cooking in the kitchen.
Kylie has 15 years experience in leadership roles for major projects across government, academia and industry sectors. Kylie has particular expertise in strategy, risk and governance for petroleum and mining projects. Kylie has a PhD in statistical analytics & modelling. She currently holds a leadership role for BHP Billiton in supply chain management and business transformation, and is the chair of BHP Billiton’s Mental Wellness Committee. Kylie won the company’s global Health, Safety, Environment & Community award in 2016.
She is a director on a number of not-for-profit boards in the health sector and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kylie will complete her MBA (Technology) in 2017. She has a passion for creating healthy, high performance business cultures and giving back to the community.
Along with her role as CEO of zero2hero, Ashlee is the director of social media consultancy Social Say, as well as a SafeTALK trainer, and a mentor. During her seven years working in mental health, she has partnered with many organisations including Lifeline, Suicide Prevention Australia and Foundation for Young Australians.
In 2015, Ashlee was recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence, and in the same year was also awarded a Pride of Australia Medal. Additionally, in 2013, Ashlee won the WA Youth Award for Education, and was a Young Australian of the Year finalist.
Ashlee is a highly skilled communicator and facilitator, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
I make sure that I switch off, this means time without my phone, social media and television. I give myself plenty of time to just “be”, without some of the distractions of everyday life. I have a holistic view of managing my mental health. I exercise regularly, I eat wholesome “real” food, and I meditate.
