Anna is a passionate advocate of teaching parents how to best support their children with diet and lifestyle medicine. Anna has nearly 2 decades of clinical experience working with families to help bring out the best in their kids. Addressing and preventing issues like anxiety, depression, poor focus and concentration through nutrition, Anna is dedicated to helping parents learn the extraordinary extent that food influences mood and wellbeing.
Claire Orange – Mum of four, therapist and author.
Topic: Youth Mental Health and understanding how the brain works.
Claire is the mum of 4 boys, a therapist, an author, media spokesperson, speaker and a passionate advocate for better outcomes for children everywhere. Graduating as a Speech Pathologist (B Sci Speech & Hearing Science, Hons) in the early 90’s, Claire has added qualifications in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Resilience Education, Counselling and Parenting Coaching. In 2015, Claire partnered with Helen Davidson to form BEST Programs 4 Kids. Together they have co-authored 14 books on Social and Emotional Learning including an Early Years Social Skills Kit and 4 part classroom curriculum linked to the Australian National Curriculum.
Claire also appears as the resident Parenting Expert on Channel Nine, 6PR-882 radio and ABC radio. She is a passionate advocate for preventative measures in children’s mental health that help all children and their families to flourish.
Dr Wayne Martin – Chiropractor
Topic: The Digital Age… How is it effecting your child’s health.
Dr Wayne Martin, chiropractor and father to three teenage daughters has over 24 years of clinical experience and will be sharing the effects of the modern digital age on your child’s brain function, posture and health. He will provide his tips and strategies on how we can minimise the detrimental effects of modern technology on our children’s health and wellbeing.
Heather McGregor-Bayne – Sport Psychologist.
Topic: How to cultivate resilient children.
Heather is a psychologist with over fifteen years’ experience in the elite sporting industry providing coaching, training and consultation to individuals and organisations with respect to harnessing talent and maximising performance. Contributing to two Olympic campaigns while working at the Western Australian Institute of Sport, Heather had the opportunity to work with some exceptionally talented athletes and programs including several Olympic and World Champions and medallists including Sailing (Gold), Women’s Water Polo (Bronze), and Men’s Hockey (Bronze). Heather was intensely involved with the WAIS Pole Vault Program including at the World Championships in 2007. This program had three athletes ranked within the top 10 in the world, and talented juniors already medalling on the world stage.

Amy is a National Inspirational Speaker, Master of Ceremonies and nationally accredited Life and MBIT Coaching Practitioner. She is extremely passionate about making a difference to the lives of others, and after having worked with over 20,000 Teens, Teachers and Parents across Australia in relation to all things mental health, wellbeing & body image, Amy knows that there has never been a time when caring about mental health and wellbeing has been so important. Her sense of humour, her emotion and her honesty can’t be missed.
