Constellations Convergence 2026 is a one-day, not-for-profit gathering exploring how purpose, impact, and possibility can reshape the way we work, live, and lead.

It’s for anyone asking, “What’s next?”, from young people still finding their path to professionals and creators reimagining what meaningful work can be.

Through bold ideas, honest storytelling, and surprising collaborations, Constellations showcases voices from across diverse orbits of influence from artists and athletes, scientists and technologists, advocates, and entrepreneurs, each sharing real experiences of transformation and purpose.

These “Constellations” of thought and practice span four worlds of inspiration:

  • ACES: Creative energy from Arts, Culture, Entertainment & Sport

  • STARS: Curiosity from Science, Technology, Academia & Research

  • CHANGES: Compassion from Civics, Advocacy, Humanitarian, Environmental & Social Sectors

  • RISE: Courage from Risky Innovation, Startups & Entrepreneurship

Hear from leading voices including Dr Zach Mercurio (author of The Power of Mattering), Victoria Fortune (Pivotal Ventures), real-life shipwreck hunter Johnny Debnam, West Australian spacecraft systems engineer Jaxon Liebeck, and other emerging local change-makers discovering their direction.

Whether you’re exploring what’s possible, reinventing what’s next, or seeking work that matters, Constellations invites you to find your place among people who care about making a difference.
