zero2hero Day is an annual event that provides young people with a space to communicate about mental health and reach out for support if it’s needed. The day aims to encourages open communication and reduce the social stigma around the potential affects of mental illnesses and issues including bullying, anxiety, bipolar, personality disorders, depression and self-harm, which could lead to suicide.Find out more »

Hosted by zero2hero, the cape2cape trek sees participants trek 135 kms over 5 days from Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse in the South West of Western Australia. The trek is both physically and mentally challenging and each participant takes it on to make a difference to the lives of young people by fundraising to assist zero2hero in their vision.Find out more »
