MENtal Health Breakfast
Be informed and inspired at our Men’s Mental Health Breakfast being hosted during Men's Health Week. After the success of the inaugural MENtal Health Breakfast last year the event is back and bigger than before!
This year our impressive presenters will cover a range of topics designed to improve our mental health and wellbeing. Although the breakfast will focus on Men’s mental health, the information will be relevant to men and women of all ages.

zero2hero Day is an annual event that provides young people with a space to communicate about mental health and reach out for support if it’s needed. The day aims to encourages open communication and reduce the social stigma around the potential affects of mental illnesses and issues including bullying, anxiety, bipolar, personality disorders, depression and self-harm, which could lead to suicide.

IN YOUR HEAD – A MENTAL HEALTH FORUM FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
In Your Head is a Youth Mental Health Forum designed for students and teachers. At this one-day event, you will learn ways of maintaining good mental health from a range of keynote speakers, panelists and workshop facilitators. Be inspired by amazing heroes and discover what it is to be mentally healthy.

Hosted by zero2hero, the cape2cape trek sees participants trek 135 kms over 5 days from Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse to Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse in the South West of Western Australia. The trek is both physically and mentally challenging and each participant takes it on to make a difference to the lives of young people by fundraising to assist zero2hero in their vision.

Camp Hero SPORTS
Camp Hero SPORTS is a fun and dynamic 3-day school holiday program hosted by zero2hero. About this Event Featuring an impressive line-up of professional athletes and coaches, students will improve their skills in a variety of sport disciplines including AFL, Netball, Basketball, Soccer, Cricket, Hockey, Athletics and more… During the program, young athletes will also have the opportunity to hear from experts in sporting related fields such as: nutrition, performance coaching, sports physio and strength and conditioning.

Camp Hero SPORTS
Camp Hero SPORTS is a dynamic 3-day school holiday camp run by qualified facilitators. Camp Hero SPORTS is for young people aged 7 - 14 and aims to improve the physical and technical skills of each young athlete, as well as develop their resilience and understanding of what it takes to succeed in their chosen sport. Camp Hero SPORTS runs from 9.00am - 3.00pm each day. Beginner athletes are welcome.

zero2hero Day is an annual event that provides young people with a space to communicate about mental health and reach out for support if it’s needed. The day encourages students to dress up, stand up and speak up for youth mental health – dress up as their favourite superhero or somebody that inspires them, stand up for themselves and their friends, and speak up about issues they are facing.
