Goals aHead

Linking physical activity and community connection for increased health and mental wellbeing.

In partnership with Fremantle Football Club’s Purple Hands Foundation, Goals aHead  is an 8-week physical and mental health program designed to encourage mental well-being and resilience.

Designed for secondary school students, this program has been developed to connect with young people in a manner that is authentic and real, allowing young people to understand their needs and how to ask for help.

Throughout the program, students will be encouraged to strengthen their resilience, coping strategies and help-seeking behaviours in a step towards developing mentally well and resilient young Western Australians.

In addition to the zero2hero’s weekly sessions, Fremantle Football Club will attend the school for a physical football session which links mental and physical health.
