At this one-day event, students learn from a range of inspirational keynote speakers, panelists and workshop facilitators, with exciting breakout sessions throughout the day.

In Your Head is designed to provide young people and teachers with a greater understanding of adolescent mental health and practical skills to support their own wellbeing.

Now in its ninth year, In Your Head continues to grow bigger and better, consistently attracting over 1,000 young people from schools all across WA.

VENUE: Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre

RUN TIMES:

8.00am – Registration & Mental Health Exhibition open

9.00am – In Your Head commences

2.30pm – In Your Head concludes

There will be also be breaks for morning and afternoon tea.

WHO IS IT FOR: Students (Years 6-12) and Teachers/Guardians. Any attendee under 18 years old will require an adult to attend this event with them.

HARRY GARSIDE

Harry Garside is an Aussie boxer who became Australia’s first Olympic medal winner in over 30 years! Not only is Harry a big hit in the ring, he also packs a punch on the runway, being celebrated for his fashion style that fights gender stereotypes. Harry is also passionate about self expression and encouraging people to care for their mental health.

3NA

A hip-hop group made up of three brothers from Western Australia. Raised in the Pacific Islands, with Indigenous Australian heritage, 3NA blends culture, resilience, and lived experience into their music. With a strong focus on community, they are committed to uplifting and empowering people. Beyond music, 3NA is committed to mental health advocacy, using hip-hop to spark conversations on healing, and inspire change.

Top mental health keynote speakers will inspire attendees and use their expertise to give them practical skills to support their mental health.

Dynamic Breakout Sessions

Exciting and dynamic breakout sessions will be conducted throughout the day, such as yoga & mindfulness, leadership workshops and dance jams!

In Your Head is one of the biggest school excursions in WA, bringing together hundreds of students and teachers from across the state!

In Your Head FAQs

Who Is In Your Head For?

Students, Teachers and Guardians. Guardians are able to purchase a ticket for a child even if their school is not attending, and are able to attend with them. Any attendee under 18 years old will require an adult to attend this event with them.

How Much Are Tickets?

Tickets to In Your Head start from $20 for Adults and $40 for Students. Tickets pricing for groups is also available, as well as early bird specials.

How do I get my child’s school to register?

Please contact us with this enquiry, and we’ll happily reach out to individual schools to gather their interest at attending In Your Head. Otherwise, you are able to attend this event with your child outside of school.

What is the cancellation policy on this event?

Please know that tickets for this event are non-refundable.
