Paul has almost 30 years’ experience in the international Oil & Gas industry and has held roles in engineering, project management, business development, and operational / general management, across the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East. Paul holds degrees in Business Administration, Project Management, and Engineering, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Paul is currently the Director of Callidum Consulting and provides a range of Leadership, Organisation Improvement, Business Development, Project Delivery, and Enterprise Management advice to clients in the Energy / Resources Industry across Australia. Paul’s Board involvement also includes being the current President of the Petroleum Club of WA and the Deputy Chairman of an Independent Public (Primary) School. He has also held Non-Executive Director roles with NFP organisations in both the Education Services and NDIS sectors.
Paul’s primary passion is his family and spending as much time as possible with his wife of almost 20 years and his three young children.
Marco, a Certified Practicing Accountant, is a Director of accounting firm Regency Partners, and with over 11 years experience in the accounting profession, he has been responsible for a broad range of clients across a range of industries.
With a passion for not-for-profits, Marco currently volunteers his time through the provision of pro-bono professional services and as Finance Director of the Meridian Global Foundation and zero2hero. Marco actively promotes new innovative systems that will deliver positive social outcomes to both organisations and the community alike.

Neil Sadler is a highly experienced leader and mentor. Neil is currently the Chief Executive Officer for the Asia Pacific region for Altrad Services, a global leader in the provision of industrial services.
Based out of the Altrad Singapore office, he is responsible for setting growth and operational strategies for Australia, Singapore, China, Thailand and Russia. Neil has worked at almost every level within the Oil & Gas, Mining and Industrial sectors for over 35 years and has accumulated a vast amount of global knowledge and experience.
Neil has been involved with zero2hero for a number of years and the Altrad business has been a major sponsor of the organization. As a board member, Neil is passionate about driving the success of the organization but most importantly, about raising awareness of mental health within the community and sharing the values that zero2hero holds.
Although Neil is now based in Singapore, he makes monthly visits to Australia to visit his family and four children. He enjoys time out with his kids and ensures he always has an appropriate balance between his work and personal life.
Along with her role as CEO of zero2hero, Ashlee is the director of social media consultancy Social Say, as well as a SafeTALK trainer, and a mentor. During her seven years working in mental health, she has partnered with many organisations including Lifeline, Suicide Prevention Australia and Foundation for Young Australians.
In 2015, Ashlee was recognised by the Australian Financial Review as one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence, and in the same year was also awarded a Pride of Australia Medal. Additionally, in 2013, Ashlee won the WA Youth Award for Education, and was a Young Australian of the Year finalist.
Ashlee is a highly skilled communicator and facilitator, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
I make sure that I switch off, this means time without my phone, social media and television. I give myself plenty of time to just “be”, without some of the distractions of everyday life. I have a holistic view of managing my mental health. I exercise regularly, I eat wholesome “real” food, and I meditate.
Kat is currently an Executive Director for CBA, working in the Global Markets division. She is a finance professional with over 25 years experience working in Financial Markets across Australia, the UK and Ireland.
Kat holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from UWA and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia and is a member of the Finance Treasury Association.
Kat is passionate about making a difference – it doesn’t have to be on a grand scale but can be in the everyday - small gestures or increments are as rewarding as longer term, bigger, bolder changes or actions. Her life story so far has been a somewhat unplanned journey, peppered with unexpected paths which have always enriched her as a person in ways she could not have envisaged at the outset.
