In its tenth year, join WA’s BIGGEST youth mental health forum on Tuesday, 18 August 2026 – streamed live right into your classroom.

No matter where you are in regional WA – from Karratha to Esperance – your students can be part of this powerful experience through our live stream, whether it be for the full day or just tuning in to a session or two!

This one-day event gives your students live access to;

  • Inspiring keynote presentations
  • Regionally specific break out sessions
  • Engaging panelists
  • Tangible tools to build their skills and confidence to help them look after their own mental health and support their mates.

Make In Your Head work for your school! Tune in with the whole school or just one classroom, join us for the full day or simply pick the sessions that suit your students best. However you choose to take part, your students will walk away with practical tools to look after their mental health, support their peers and make a positive impact on your school community.

*Please note that this live stream is only available to schools outside the Perth metro area, within the state of Western Australia.

LILY GRESELE –  Founder of How To Be Well

After experiencing mental health challenges Lily began sharing her lived experience online in 2019. What started as a small platform has grown into a grassroots mental health initiative focused on breaking stigma and making wellbeing conversations more accessible, and prominent. The organisation delivers workshops, keynotes, and community support that empower people to better understand and support their mental health.

Lily creates spaces that are relatable, non-clinical, and grounded in authenticity. Her work centres on normalising vulnerability, encouraging help-seeking, and reminding people they’re not alone.
