An excursion like no other! In Your Head is a Youth Mental Health Forum designed for students and teachers. At this one day event, you will learn ways of maintaining good mental health from a range of keynote speakers, panellists and workshop facilitators. Be inspired by amazing heroes and discover what it is to be mentally healthy.

For several years, Cass has been the expert Psychologist on some of Australia’s most popular celebrity fitness programs, regularly sharing simple, science-based strategies to help thousands of men and women to manage their minds, boost their mood and achieve their personal goals.


Professional Surfers, Entrepreneurs & House Rules Contestants

Mikaela and Eliza Greene are professional surfing sisters from Yallingup, WA who are known for successfully competing in the World Surf League Tour, as well as being ex-contestants on hit home renovation show “House Rules”. The sisters have also developed an app called MyTab, and Eliza runs her company called GRNSTR, which creates premium beach essentials and promotes body positivity and inclusivity.


Founder & CEO of Short Back & Sidewalks & 2022 WA’s Local Hero

In 2015, Craig pitched the idea of offering free haircuts to people experiencing homelessness to a barbershop in Perth. Calling it Short Back & Sidewalks, it has since grown into a national for-impact organisation that has approximately 350 volunteers on its books and has given over 7,400 free haircuts. For his work Craig was named as the 2022 Western Australia’s Local Hero in the Australian Of The Year Awards and the City Of Perth Citizen Of The Year for 2022.
