So, why do we exist?
It’s simple. We exist to improve young people’s mental health and wellbeing, and ultimately prevent suicide in Australia.
Currently, suicide is the leading cause of death for Australians under the age of 44, and 75% of mental illness is formed before the age of 25.
That’s why we need to start with our young people. We believe that by educating and empowering people from an early age, mental health can be improved and suicide can be prevented.
What We Do
We deliver mental health and leadership programs to young people across Western Australia, including some of the most remote regions of the state. No matter where they live, we believe every young person deserves access to the support and skills that help them thrive.
From resilience workshops in primary schools, to suicide prevention training for teens, to life-changing experiences at Camp Hero, everything we do is designed to build confident, compassionate young leaders.
Our work isn’t just about awareness – it’s about action. It’s about equipping the next generation to recognise when someone may be struggling and encourage them to seek help without shame.
And ultimately, it’s about saving lives.
